Refund policy

We don’t provide any refunds for fees related to SmartlyPost accounts. These are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis(depending on your selected billing preference).

Cancelled monthly plans are immediately downgraded toSmartlyPost Free accounts, but we don’t issue credits for the prepaid fees on the account.

No credits or refunds are issued for any cancelled monthly or yearly plans, as cancellations take effect at the end of the one month/ year commitment.
